EL TAXI, CABERNET SAUVIGNON TASTING SHEET

The wine name: El Taxi

El Taxi means “The Taxi” in Spanish. It’s just our way of making it fun to say “Cab” which of course also means taxi in English.

Appellation: PASO ROBLES

Paso Robles has quickly become a destination for wine lovers of Cabernet Sauvignon due to its intense micro-climates which give rise to all styles of Cab from the big extracted to the stylishly balanced. Along with its notoriety for Rhone varietals, Paso is quickly becoming recognized as a place to grow and make some excellent Cabernet Sauvignons.

Grape Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon-80%, tempranillo-20%

The classic red grape of Left Bank Bordeux wines, Cabernet Sauvignon makes a rich and tasty wine that improves beautifully with age. In this red blend we added 20% Tempranillo reminiscent of the classic wines of Ribera Del Duero
